I couldn’t walk 500 miles, but…

…I did manage to cycle 106 miles (170.6 km) today (apologies to the Proclaimers)!  Strava, which measures horizontal distance covered is a bit less at 102.2 miles (164.5 km) – you can see my route below.

Cheese Sandwiches and a Flask of Barszcz

Bright sunshine today drew me to the Kampinos National Park (Kampinoski Park Narodowy) to test my knee (injured in the autumn) on a 14km hike in the snow in temperatures a little below freezing.
